1. Do you ship outside the USA?
No, we currently ship only within the United States. All U.S. orders include free shipping.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal only for secure and hassle-free checkout.
4. Can I return my order?
Yes! We have a 30-day return policy. Your bookends must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To start a return, contact us at support@rylan.shop.
5. What if my bookends arrive damaged?
We take extra care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us with photos within 48 hours, and we’ll replace or refund your order.
6. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. The fastest way is to return your current item (after approval) and then place a new order for the bookends you want.
7. Are gift cards or sale items refundable?
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
