1. Do you ship outside the USA?

No, we currently ship only within the United States.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on all U.S. orders.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Processing: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)
    You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

4. Can I return a bookend if I don’t like it?

Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return, as long as the bookend is unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Please check our Return & Refund Policy for details.

5. What if my bookend arrives damaged or broken?

If your bookend is damaged or defective, email us at support@rylan.shop right away with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. The fastest way is to return the bookend you have, and once approved, place a new order for the style you want.

7. Are gift cards refundable?

Unfortunately, gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
